ECM is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible. We appreciate your support.

What would you want people to know about you?

As much as I love and value community, there still is nothing better than camping on a mountain top all by myself. Waking up to the sun rising, re-starting the fire to make a cup of coffee and breakfast over the flames.

What is your favorite part of your job at East Central Ministries?

I love to step back just be in wonder and awe at the ministry that God has developed around us. I watch all the people engaged in together in sharing food, kids learning and having fun, volunteers planting trees or our neighbor getting affordable dental care.

How is your job important to our community, your family and yourself?

ECM has given each one of us the opportunity to become an agent of change for our community. It is an absolute privilege knowing that I am a part of building God’s radical new community in the midst of a forgotten neighborhood.

What makes you happy when you wake up each morning?

I am happiest waking up when I realize that I am loved and have a great cup of coffee.

If you had a million dollars, what would you change about our community and about yourself?

I would love to explore the world and bring those I love on the journey.

If you were a bird, where would you fly?

To the remotest part of Alaska to get the best perspective of a herd of carribo in their migration.

What kind of office supply (stapler, pen, etc) are you most like and why?

A paperclip that can hold things together when needed, but most of the time just being lost on my desk.

A penguin walks in the door at ECM wearing a cowboy hat, what does she say and why is she here?

“I am home, These people are obviously crazier than I am!”
